| Almost There!
One year ago we sent out our very first newsletter and officially began building our team of partners to help get us to Papua New Guinea. We are humbled by the people that have partnered with us. So many have committed to pray for us, and without those prayers, we would not have made it this far. We covet the prayers of each person! Many have been such an encouragement to us. When we have been discouraged or down, God has led you to give us the Word we needed to hear.
People have partnered with us through their finances. Some have given one time gifts, which has helped us save for our launching expenses, including trainings, moving, airfare, and more. Some are currently giving on a regular basis– either monthly, quarterly, or annually. These gifts go toward our goal of 100% of our monthly budget. Some have committed to begin giving in January 2012 as we leave for Papua New Guinea. These pledged gifts have also factored into our goal of our monthly budget.
We are at 76% of our latest monthly budget at the time of writing this newsletter. We give all the praise and glory to God! To achieve our goal of 100% of our monthly budget by December 1, 2011, we need an average of 5 new financial partners each week.
